Muscle Pain
Have you ever got muscle pain or torn muscle when you exercise or working??

Pushing yourself too hard can contribute to a muscle pain, you must trained or properly warmed up if you don't want to get muscle pain

Once I heard that that pain (when it get too serious) has no medicine to cure, only time can, but there is a faster way to get it well, oxygen therapy. from the normal 2 week to only one day, but it’s expensive, only for high paying athlete they said.
