Get Health and Happiness in a “Laughter Yoga Club”
Hey,,,are you laughter everyday?? Do you think laughter can get health and happiness?? Read my article. People the world over spend huge amounts of money seeing doctors and buying pills to stay healthy, but the best medicine can be found inside oneself and it is free of charge, according to an Indian-born doctor. That medicine is laughter. Since Madan Kataria, a doctor in Mumbai, India, decided to use laughter to improve health and launched the first laughter yoga club in 1995, his laughter yoga, or LY, movement has spread like wildfire around the world.
“Now there are some 16,000 clubs throughout India, and another 6,000 in about 60 countries. My goal is have one million LY clubs around the world within 10 years,” he said in an interview in Taoyuan, 20 kilometers west of Taipei. Kataria, 53, was in Taiwan to inspect island’s 13 LY clubs, give a speech and attend a discussion on the benefits of laughter with Taiwanese psychiatrists. He was also scheduled to discuss with Chen Ta-cheng, founder of the Taiwan Laughter Yoga Club, on how to expand the LY movement to China.
One recent morning, Kataria joined two dozen Taiwan Laughter Yoga Club members in a park in Taoyuan to practice group laughter and share innovative ways to bring out a belly laugh. One woman squatted, sticking up her fingers and pretending she was a firecracker. Other members stood around her and touched her fingers as if they were lighting up the firecracker. The woman shouted “Bang!” and the other members dashed off laughing and screaming, like a bunch of kids playing hide-and-seek. The half-hour session was a laughing party for everyone, with every member making faces or doing funny moves to get the others to laugh.

You can change the color of buttons, time display, play position etc. After that, you can just publish it on the website with a few clicks without requiring any coding knowledge. Nokia recently announced its latest crown jewel, the Nokia N97 handset. Check this out in here. The device marks a new milestone for Nokia as it shows the Finnish phone giant entering the multimedia computer Smartphones main stream, where Apple, HTC, RIM and recently Samsung; share the market.
A bit thicker than Apple iPhone 3G, Nokia N97 will be available in 2009, at an estimated price of 550 euro before taxes and subsidies. The impact should be significant on the market, the only real question is what RIM, HTC and Apple wiil prepare to meet the competition.
N97 is the first high-end device powered by the latest touchscreen Symbian S60 OS and comes as the most loaded device in the N-series lineup out there: 3.5-inch touchscreen display, large full QWERTY, tri-band HSDPA and quad-band GSM to ensure world wide roaming, 32GB of internal memory, a 5 megapixel camera, Wi-Fi, GPS, touch-enabled Nokia Maps with a digital compass, an accelerometer for auto screen rotation and a proximity sensor for auto screen turn-off during calls.
Interpol Dragnet Tapping YouTube Generation
The camera work is not perfect and the footage a little grainy, but the Toronto policewoman looks straight into the camera and immediately asks for help. She wants the public to help her catch a man wanted for a vicious sexual assault, which she details right down to his black puffy jacket, as a police sketch of his stocky unsmiling face appears on the screen.
It’s a move that marries hugely popular online social networking with old-fashioned police work: the footage is on the world’s biggest video sharing site YouTube, a few clicks away from Beyonce’s latest music video. The aim is to tap into the massive community that can’t go a day without logging on to chat, sharing information and soaking up online multimedia. And the global police agency Interpol has taken note.
